Hi,
I'm still using FP 2000, and I wanted to attach a sound to a hover button,
but help says only a file with an .au file extension will work. Where does
one find a sound file that is that type? I'm stumped. Thanks in advance.

No browser supports them natively, not Firefox, not IE, etc. The only
browsers that support hover buttons are those with the Sun Java Virtual
Machine installed. Something that must be done either by the computer
manufacturer as part of their OEM install or by the user by going ot
the Sun site and downloading it.

Also, search engines such as Google cannot follow the links in hover buttons
because it doesn't execute Java either.

Your choice if you want to use something that is so poorly supported that
even the company that created them gave them up as a lost cause.
