Sound Recording Latency

Are there any XP settings I need to attend to to improve or decrease my sound cards latency. I am running M-Audio's Delta series 1010 and 66 cards. Any help would be appreciated

You need to do this via the software that came with your card or a sequencer
programme like Cubsis/Cubase etc.

If you've installed ASIO drivers you can do it there.
