Good Evening,

I have a question here and expecting your advice or opinions.

Can sound conversion improve sound quality? For example I have some MP3
audio files if I converted into other sound format can this conversion
improve sound quality?

Sorry for this silly question.

Regards,

Oasis

Usually not. Conversions seem to delete from the quality. It mainly depends
on the format you are converting it to. The best way to find out is to
convert
one of your music files to the format you want and play it. Listen to it and
you decide, only YOUR ears can tell. Have fun! :~)

There are two kind of compression. The best is the looseless compression. It
will not degrade the sound quality. However, converting too many times the
file formats will.
