sound object on form

I would like to have spoken instructions play when the user opens a form and
have inserted a sound object using windows sound recorder

Form in Design View
Insert
Object
Wave Sound

The wav file plays when the user double clicks the icon on the form (the
icon is a loudspeaker)
2 questions
Is there a way to have the wav file play whenever the form is opened?
Is there a way to use MP3 files in microsoft access forms? I would like
to use a compressed sound file
