Sound device

Followed troubleshooting instruction for no sound. Gone into to Device
Manager, Double clicked on Sounds, Video and game controllers but can't right
click on sound device because it's not listed. Is this where the problem is
or can I click on something else?

Are there any yellow "?" visible? If not, then it sounds like your sound
card isn't installed on the system. Try downloading the sound card drivers
from the manufacturer's website and install them. Try to get the WHQL
certified drivers (if available) as they cause less problems with Windows
than the more advanced drivers.

Good Luck! Sound card issues can be a pain.
