My computer has no sound . I do not have a disk to
install sound . What do I do or where would I get a disk
to install sound on my computer ? I had sound at one
time ,but my ex son-in-law decided to redo my computer
and messed up somehow. Everything else seems to be okay.
Could someone please help? Thanks so much.

Just to add to that, I expect that your ex-son-in-law didn't install
sound card drivers after he messed around with your computer (one of
the reasons he's an *ex* sil?). If you are uncomfortable opening your
computer and looking at the hardware, download and install Aida32 from:

http://www.aida32.hu/aida32.php

Run it, and it will tell you what's inside your computer. Look for the
mftr. of the sound card, go to its website and download the drivers.
