SOS!!!!Ineed help...URGENTLY...im being killed!!!

Hello everyone: I keep being shut down the system:windows
XP, and dont know why.
It might be the Blastworm. Nevertheless, I also get the
following message:Generic Host Process forC:\DOCUME~1
\pitu\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER3.tmp.dir00\svchost.exe.mdmp
C:\DOCUME~1\pitu\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER3.tmp.dir00
\appcompat.txt Win32 Services has encountered a problem
and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Can anyone help us?
