Sorting

I have several colums that I'm sorting. I sort by Verdor1 in column 3. Sometines it does not sort straight across all items in that row. please help

If you are using the latest version of Excel...

Click on the square next to cell A1. It has a pointer on it. That
should highlight the worksheet.

With the 'Home' tab selected, click on the icon 'Sort and Filter'.

Choose 'Custom Sort....'

Select the column you want to sort by and then OK. The rest of the data
will follow.

I think that is what you mean?
