Sorting

Hello,

I need some help with sorting in Excel 97'...

I have a report that I have to run on a daily basis..

In the first colum, I have the job numbers. Now, sometimes these job
numbers get duplicated, and I have to search through the entire report,
and delete out all the duplicate.. You can imagine how long this can
take, and how the strain on the eyes are trying to go through it..

I am curious to know if there is a way that I can sort out the data, to
find and remove the duplicate rows of data. Something easier then going
down the report 1 cell at a time to check if it is a duplicate..
