sorting problem

Hello George
I dont know how it is done, but usually it works fine

Bad
I received an email from you as a follow-up on this thread, but the
postmaster of the outgoing message has wiped out the attachment because
he didn't like "ZIP" ("forbidden name").

And (more bad news, I'm afraid), on my answer, I received

Technical details of permanent failure:
PERM_FAILURE: DNS Error: Domain name not found

If you can, try sending the file with another email tool or service.

Like Suzanne, I cannot really imagine how Word would correctly sort
these entries unless it's in a table or in one para per main topic,
something like that. [That doesn't mean it's not capable of it, just
that we don't know! :)]

Thnk you for all your efforts. I am now finishing the index as I have been
and correct the glitches manually. Next time I'll know better.

Ahh, that does indeed make sense. Maybe somebody else saw the offer and
tried to send something ugly ...

Anyway, glad it works for you now, somehow.
