Sorting Favorites

My multitude of favorites are not automatically sorting
alphabetically when I add new favorites. When I right
click on a favorite the pop-up menu does not include "Sort
by name" as an option. How can I fix this? Am running
IE6.o with SP1.

Start Internet Explorer.

Click Favorites, and then select a single Favorites icon
from the list.

Right-click the icon, and then click Sort by Name.

I have already tried that but "Sort by Name" does not come
up on my po-up menu. Why?

Thanks for your help folks. I was trying to sort by right
clicking in the Favorites window to the left of the main
browser window. This didn't bring up the "Sort by Name"
option in the pop-up menu. If I access my favorites from
the drop-down menu at the top of the IE window (next to
File, Edit, View, etc.) I am able to right click and get
the "Sort by Name" option on the pop-up menu.

Thank you for helping me "sort" this out.

Use the favorites menu from the top tool bar, not the "standard buttons"
one.
