Sorting continous form

I have a continous form with labels on top.
The columns could be

Date Customer
22.04.05 Pettersen
23.04.05 Olsen

I want to sort the column Date ascending when clicking it once. When
clicking it again I want to sort the same column descending
like it is done in the Explorer by name, date...
I have seen it somewhere, but can't remember it.

This is a subform and there should be no toolbar here according to its
design.
