Sorting columns with locked headers in Excel 07

I know how to go to data-check the box to keep my headers from sorting in 03,
but when I choose advanced in the Data>sort tab in 07 it will not let me
check the box because it is asking me to answer all these questions about
adding levels, sort by sort on etc. Do i go to Advanced and just keep the
"filter the list, in -place with my list range a1-g1 for the headers and
click ok? Will this keep my headers for my columns while I am sorting?

Within the sort window (top-right) you have the option 'My data has headers'
