I do constant reporting for customers and I have a folder called Cust Reports
which has subfolders by Cust Name and those have subfolders with YYYY-MM the
report was delivered. Since the specs differ each time and there may be email
threads with feedback/question/edits I keep each report in its own folder by
delivery date. Is there a way I can sort the subfolders to show most recent
first. I often refer to the most recent reports and it will be easier/faster
if those were listed first.

Folders will always show in alphabetical order in the folder list. If you
want to see a different order, add them to the Shortcuts view in the order
you want and use that view. Of course, this assumes you have Outlook 2003.
You didn't state your Outlook version.

Thanks a lot. I'll try that. I just thought I'd ask to make sure there wasn't
a trick out there VBA or otherwise that I didn't know.

And yes I use Outlook 2003. Thanks again.
