Sort order in Save Attachement Folder

How do I set (reset) the sort order of files & folders in the Save
Attachments folder. It was ascending with folder first, and recently changed
(how I don't know) to descending, with the folder last. Windows Explorer
setting appear to be unaffected. I can't find a sort button in the folder
view when the Save Attachments pane is open.

The Save As dialogue should have a Views drop-down a few icons to the right
of the Save in field. Click that and choose the Details view. Now click on
the Name column and the list should sort so that the folders are either
first or last. If last, click the Names column again. You can then click
the Views drop-down and choose the original view.
