Sort option disappear...

Hi,

I have 3 PCs all using XP. I notice that 2 of my PC, when I click
Start>Program and then right click on the program item, I can sort the icon.
In 1 of my PC, the sort option disappear (I cannot sort them). How do I put
back the sort option?
