I have a column of numbers in cells

A1 through A1100, many of which are blank!

How can I copy the column into a new column...however,
skipping the cells with nothing in them.

I wish to make a chart of the data within the range; AND
I MUST IGNORE THE BLANK CELLS!

Please help.

thanks,

Larry

Couple of ways to do this.

1. Select Column A and Edit>Go To>Special>Blanks>OK
With blanks selected right-click and Delete>Move Cells Up or Delete>Entire
Row

2. Select Column A and Data>Filter>Autofilter on non-blanks.
With non-blanks visible, copy and paste the cells to a new sheet.
