SORT BY specific field

Need a report to be in below format, 2-3 tables all linked...

S.No Name Address date amount
shopname
sub total xxxx

shopname
sub total xxxx

shopname
sub total xxxx

Grand total xxxx

Would really appreciate if I am offered help on above

Use the grouping and sorting options in your report setup. Include the
total in the group footer.

This s a very commmon layout. Look at the sample reports available in
Northwinds, or pretty much any of the template databases that ship with
Access. All most all of them have reports with groups and subtotals.
