Sort a table by street name using Access 2007

I am a beginner using Access 2007. I have fields created in a table. I need
to sort Addresses by Street Name. Can you please help me?

Please ignore the rather rude poster... That person does NOT represent the
MANY people here. On to your question...

I am unfamilar with how addresses are displayed in Hong Kong to say how you
would go about parsing and then sorting by the Street Name. Can you provide
some examples of what that field would contain? No need to give real
addresses but something to help us out.
