Sorry for date: Outlook 2003 startup problem

I presume this datum failure is obviously from some malicious software!

After ordinary day of working on two PC with the same e-mails (another on
the HP Notebook) on the another thay the Outlook can not start to full
fnctionality on the
desktop PC and instead stop on the half of display!
What happened? All safety program and ISP security are activated!
Any idea?
