Sony digital 8/USB streaming disables IE and Outlook

System is XP Pro; I have a Sony Digital 8 (DCR-TRV350) and
after I install Sony's USB Driver I am unable to use
Internet Explorer or Outlook Express! Sony was of no Help!
Does any one have a solution!

I have had this problem and have had to simply re-enter
my Dial up password for my ISP. It seems like some
changes force a security thing that still shows *******
but is not the password. Hope this helps.
