sony CPD-G500 No picture

My monitor does not work after I relocated, probably got bounced aroung
during shipping. Nothing on the screen at all after powerup, went
through the troubleshooting and have a orange LED blinking once every
two seconds. Does anyone know what this means, only response I get from
sony is send it to the nearest dealer. I am working in the Marshall
Islands, shipping alone would not be worth it.

Check that your monitor's cabel does not have any bent prongs in it.

Try removing your RAM, power up your pc, power down , replace RAM and
power back up.

I have an HP desktop that i ignored for weeks, and had the same
problem. Removing/replacing the ram seemed to help after much
troubleshooting.
