It depends. The newer versions that came with a DVD-RW drive do. If you
have a DVD-RW drive, look at the options in Record Now. You should have
the ability to switch from CD-RW to DVD-RW.

If the DVD is not copy protected then yes you can copy data from one DVD to
another or even do a Disc->Disc Copy. However if the DVD is copy protected
then no

Also if you are attempting to copy something like a commercial movie you
will need software that can shrink the contents of the original to fit on
the 4.7 blank. There is software that can do this such as DVD Shrink

What's on the DVD's that you want to copy.

I don't know at present. I have been asked by a friend if I can copy a DVD.
This is legitimate as the DVD/film was produced privately
