something wrong and very slow pc time to time

I don't know it is a virus or spyweare or what but cvshost.exe and
sometimes IE brings my notebook Toshiba with XP to Knees...I tried
LOTS...NO programs and spyware and antivirus ( Trendmicro, MacAfee,
AdAware, Spybot.... ) fix it ,

It is kind of awake and sleep process which eat the horsepower

Urgently please advise as my laptop in bend to its knees

If you spelled that file correctly, cvshost.exe, then it's malware - the
Gaobot.ao worm.
