Oh, great, just another reason to use Explorer :-)

Luis Cobian
Using Internet Explorer and proud of it.

Well, it doesn't surprise me that Google is doing this since they have
a major stake in Firefox.

I am a Firefox user & I think that this is a bad idea because if
Firefox beats out IE, the hackers are going to start targeting Firefox.

The hackers are attacking IE right now because it is the most popular
web browser.

As a user of Firefox & Opera, I use Firefox on 1 comp & Opera on the
other comp (since the other comp can't run Firefox even though it meets
the requirements), I think that this is a bad idea because if FF
becomes more popular then IE, it will get attacked by the hackers.

Hackers are attacking IE because it is the most popular web browser but
if FF becomes the most popular, it will become the victim of the same
attacks that IE is getting because hackers attack the popular web
browsers.

I'm really sorry for the extra posts, it seems Google Groups was really
messing up but I remove all my extra messages.

So now some sites will only work in IE, and others will only work in FF.
This sort of stupidity should help to make Opera more popular!

Computers make it easier to do a lot of things, but most of the things
they make it easier to do don't need to be done.

I know what you mean. I can actually see sites that won't work if you
don't have a certain web browser. I've actually seen sites which won't
even allow people to even enter a site if you don't have a certain web
browser. IMO, every site needs to be created so that they load in every
web broswer, one site sould not require IE & another site should not
require FF, every site needs to support all browsers.

I see clouds forming over Redmond........

And all it requires is that you install and use Google Toolbar and be
signed up for Google's AdSense program.

No thanks.

I don't reply to trolls like Andy Mabbett or Doc (who uses sock puppets)
for instance. No adware, cdware, commercial software, crippleware,
demoware, nagware, PROmotionware, shareware, spyware, time-limited
software, trialware, viruses or warez for me, please.

Heh heh!

Personally, I'm getting more wary of Firefox because of the surprising
number of security fixes it has needed over the last few months.
