First, set you computer clock to the correct time.

If you want to access your Live email account, and you don't pay for the
Plus account, you will need to use the newer Windows Live Mail.
 
Uhm this is going to sound kinda stupid but How do I set up a pop3 and a
stmp or whatever it is to use my email on here, I have been trying now for
two hours reading everything but I still don't understand this.

Your computer is configured for the Pacific time zone, which is not
the correct time zone for your locality.

I see you posted with a Live email address. Is that your only email address?
Free Hotmail and Live accounts have webmail access only, no POP access.
Windows Mail handles POP mail but not webmail.

The newer Windows Live Mail program does accommodate Hotmail and Live
accounts. You are welcome to upgrade to it:
