Someone HELP

trying to build a simply yet creative DSS, and i ran into a problem,

its abotu the choice or purchase of a car,

I need to write a cell so that when the "car make" cell reads say
"honda" then the "model" cell will provide a list of only honda
specific cars.

I am aware i will need a pretty extensive database of cars makes and
models, but that is no problem. please just someone tlak me through
this, thanks

also the only way i know how to data validate a list in a cell is to
have the list info on the sheet, how do i hide this from viewing, or
creat the list another way?
