somehow my 'link' for outlook is set to NOT release

after i exit outlook. i open/close outlook throughout the day, and if i
look in task manager there could be 2 to 8 instances of outlook running.

is there a command line syntax i need to put on the outlook load to make
sure it closes when i exit.
