Some web tools are missing after Windows XP SP2 update?

After installing the SP2 Security Update for Windows XP, web tools for
inserting movie, sound and marquee objects are no longer available. Error
message is that the applications that create the objects may have been moved,
deleted or renamed. Have attempted both a repair and a reinstall of Office
Professional 2003 without success.
Any ideas?
 
This is a known problem, and Microsoft is working on it.
