Some shortcut keys not working in Excel03

Two of the shortcut keys are not working in Excel03. Updated windows and
office.
Checked for any viruses. Other than updates, nothing was changed. One day
it was working and the next day it wasn't. This happens on all excel
documents.

The CTRL +Home - supposed to move you to the begining of the document. It
only moves it to the begining of the row.

The CTRL +End - supposed to move you to the end of the document. It only
moves one cell after.

Try Tools / options / Transition tab / untick 'Transition navigation keys'
