some questions about Transfer Raster Data ?I need your help!

i get the PCL raw file from the HP 2500C Series PCL5Ce,use print to
file
i coach tried to analyse the file.
when i analyse the command about Raster Graphics,i find someting very
strange,i find the raster data in the Transfer Raster Data Command "a
lot of 1" not the result what i want.
nearly all bit of byte are 1.
what is wrong?or the HP 2500C Series PCL5Ce not support the command in
PCL reference 5 Manual
who can help me?who is familiar with PCL language?
