Some one please help

I can not get my mess to delete out of my delete box and I am having a hard
time downloading the kb941090 it seems nothing is working can ANYONE please
help!

I can no longer open attachments sent with e-mails. Including word
documents.
How can I rectify this problem. I operate Windows mail on Vista.

Make sure attachments are enabled:
Tools, Options, Security, uncheck "Do not allow attachments..."

Can you save the attachment and open it outside of Windows Mail?
If yes, try this fix:

If you can't download, you have other computer problems besides an email
problem. Solve the other (non-email) problem first. You might try resetting
Internet Explorer: Tools, Internet Options, Advanced, Reset.

Well I am not that trained on computers so I could be trying to download
wrong or missing a step. Do you have that web site by any chance. Thank you

I think I got it down loaded now but how do I update my copy of Vista to SP1
