Some images not loading in Internet Explorer

Hello,

I've got a strange problem with Internet Explorer. While browsing the
internet, some images aren't loading.

It's on many many different websites and it's not all images, only some. I
can't seem to figure out why it's happening. I've cleared my cache and
cookies, but it still happens.

What might be the cause and how might I fix it?
