Some IE Links and Some Web Page Links not working in IE 6

I have XP Home with Norton IS 2004 uninstalled and XP
firewall off. I have also installed Java from Java.com,
set all IE6 (fully updated) security settings to default,
and tried all security settings to as low as I can set
them, including everything I can find to Enabled and
still cannot open certain links.

For example:
www.wachovia.com (works fine)
Click Personal Finance Login (top right, works fine)
In the center of the page, both links "Learn More"
and "How do I use this page" do not work.

Any suggestions?

Sounds like a Java issue. Test your Java installation at
