Some Help please Formating Cells

Hello Everybody,

I have problem with formating in VBA. Maybe some one can help me.

I want to add and format a new column in excel dependig every first day of the month.
I create reports monthly and need some automation vba code to that to happpens. When is 1º day, the report coming from an access database check system date and add a new colum in excel and add some formating.

Can anyone put me in the right direction?
