Some external sites not resolved

We have an internal W2K AD INT DNS server. Fowarders are
enabled to our ISP's server for external resolution. At
random times we cannot resolve specific websites. ie
www.yahoo.com will work but www.cdw.com will not. When
using nslookup on www.cdwcom I get an error saying it
timed out in 2 seconds. Then after an hour or so all
web sites can be resolved again. Any ideas? The timeout
on forwards is set to 10 seconds...

Also we had our ISP check and they could resolve the
