SOFTWAREAXIS Toolbar

How do I get rid of this toolbar that displays in my IE
Browser?

I looked in the registry for the string softareaxis, I ran
SpySweeper, I'm stumped. The only reference I can find to
this thing is where it shows up, which is everytime I
start IE.
