Is it impossible to play certain games with OPENGL, and if so, is there a way
to download it to windows xp or do I get rid of the games?

As I remember it, you set the refresh rate of the monitor to 60 to get opengl

Go to Start/Run,and type 'dxdiag' "More help" Tab, then "Override" button.

I did that and I still can't play the games. I think I just can't use OPENGL
games. But, thank you for your time.

#1. You must have a graphics (video) card which _supports_ OPENGL.
Visit the website for you graphics card to learn if supports
OPENGL.
#2. You must install OPENGL drivers for you graphics card.

IF #1. = TRUE
then download the OPENGL driver from there
and install it
ELSE
you are out of luck
ELSE
purchase a graphics card that is OPENGL
capable.

OpenGL support is purely a function of the video card drivers, and
not the OS. Contact the manufacturer of your video card to obtain the
most recent WinXP-specific drivers.
