Software with vista

Hello,

i have question about programs running on vista.


Do these program run?
- MS SQL Server 2005
- MSN Live Messenger 8.0
- Office 2003
- MS Project 2003 with Server
- ICQ, Skype
- Visual Studio 2005
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Acrobat

what i have to know - to install these programs?

Has a huge list of software that is known to work or is known to have
problems.

Personally, I have gotten Visual Studio 2005 Standard and Adobe Reader 6.0
to work just fine.

thank you,

for example: if I install Power Archiver v9.51 (32 Bit), it doesnt work.
Message of Vista says, that the programm is stoped and doesn't run.

any idea?

You could try running it in compatability mode.

- Click Start
- Click All Programs
- Find the program in question
- Right-click on it
- Click Properties
- Click the compatability tab
- Click the check box next to "Run this program in compatability mode for:"
- Click OK

And then try running it.
