software restriction policy

i am unable to open system mechanic 6 it comes up with software
restriction policy can anyone help thank you have tried removing and
running regedit but to no avail
 
Start/run, type GPEDIT.MSC
The Policy editor may have some setting against it.
gpedit/local computer policy/computer(and user)config/software settings

Have tried gpedit.msc it reply's windows can not find gpedit.msc but
