Software restriction policy

I have had a software restriction policy added as
security, is there anyway around this, other than
disabling it? Each time i try access a program, it gives
me the error because of the software restriction policy.
Can i get around this problem without disabling it?
through like a shortcut or start menu, etc or even
through DOS?

Well, my first reaction is that you need to refine the
definitions you are using for software restriction so
that what you do want available for use will be.
If you are using software restriction, then what you have
defined can be is what will be, so you either do not use
it or you refine the definitions in it.

If you are not the administrator, then there is probably no way around it if it was
done correctly. If you are the administrator set the enforcement rule not to apply to
administrators. --- Steve
