Hi, I am getting ready to release some software to the public and I am
searching for a good "Software License Agreement Form". You know, the
license agreements that are already created and are customizable for your
needs.

I searched the web and found a couple of them but I would like to know if
you guys could help me out with some links to companies that you have
experience with that create this agreements forms.

I am releasing this software form the USA. Any help will be greatly
appreciated.
Thanks.

There are some EULA templates available online but many of them are for
opensource or GNU or other such "altruware" releases and may not be
suitable.

I would suggest that you could copy the EULA of a big software company and
do a search and replace for the company name putting your own in but I'm
sure that if I did suggest such a thing I would be to blame for your use of
copyright material so I won't.
