This is a issue I have been having for a while.

Is there a way to give AD Domain users the abillity to install software
without giving them admin rights or having them log on to a local domain
account?

I have tried enabling "Always install with elevated privileges" in Group
Policy but that made no differance.

Any suggestion would be great.

Members of the Power Users can install many applications, but not all. If
they need to install drivers you may also need to enable the load/unload
drivers privielge.

may also want to check out NeoExec [ www.neovalens.com ] and set up a path
rule.
