<http://www.Simtel.net> itself still has ms-dos software, even though
it doesn't look as nice: "browse" a category, then "filter" by
operating system.

Garbo is a good old archive of ms-dos programs. This and a few other
survivors are listed at
<http://www.dmoz.org/Computers/Software/Operating_Systems/x86/DOS/Software/>

Even if you're not interested in FreeDos, it's interesting to browse
the list of software that works with it, because those programs also
work with ms-dos and may be newer than what you find in Simtel or
Garbo (the freedos community is very active):
