Probably yes.
Much will install and run normally.
Some you may nee to use Compatibility Mode:
Right click the program icon and click Properties.
Click Compatibility tab.
Make appropriate selections and click OK.
Trial and error may be necessary.
Otherwise contact the program manufacturers about Windows Vista
compatibility.
You may need a patch.
Ask others users of the programs to see what they do.
If you are running Windows Vista x64, applications that are 16 bit or 32 bit
applications that use 16 bit software are not compatible with the OS. There
are work arounds to this such as running the applications in a compatible OS
in Virtual PC 2007. Its not a guarantee that all 32 bit applications will
work under Vista, some might conflict with the new user and security
priviledges, so in most cases its trial and error or checking the developers
website or Googling to find out about compatibility.
