Socket Error # 10013

Hi all,
Whenever I turn my PC on it comes with 'Socket Error #10013 Access denied'
message. Any idea why that is the case?

Socket error 10013 is a mesage that a port is blocked and/or unreachable.
In your firewall program, check your program permissions settings.
