Soccer Database..... Scorecard

Hi there,

Apologies for the un-urgency of the post, but here goes..... if i offend
anyone i apoligise.

I am in the UK and i am organising a Soccer (or football as we call it)
tournament, with a difference.
This is a computer soccer tournament and we will be playing Pro Evo Soccer
3, the best in my opinion.

Anyhow, i really want an Electronic scorecard where i can enter my teams
manually and all info - yellow/red cards, scores etc and have it calculate
stats on the fly - IE league table, missed matches, yellow/red card tally
etc......

I have left it a bit too late and need it for tomorrow, so if any of you
guys have a DB i can adapt, or know of any software i can download, that
would be great!!
