Does MS have a snipping tool for XP Pro like they have on the tablet edition?

What is a "snipping tool". Anything like cropping an image in MS Paint?

It is more like selecting an image in adobe acrobat and copying into a word
document. The snipping tool in tablet pc, will allow you to do that out of
any program on any image.

Alt-Printscreen, Paste would be the equivalent in XP home and pro.
