Snipping tool missing

Well this is my first issue with vista after 2 months...Ive used it before
and know its in the accessories...anyways i went to make a picture of
desktop yesterday and the tool is gone and search won't find it...where
could it be?

Control Panel/Programs and Features. In the Task List, select Turn Windows
features on or off.

Scroll down and place a check mark in the "Tablet PC optional components"
option. Apply/OK.
