If you want to monitor web site access you don't need a sniffer - a sniffer
is a software package that monitors the packets traveling over the network.
It could probably do the job - but it would be like trying to swat a fly
with a plank of wood - very ineffective.
Frankly you'd need a gateway device - either a router that logs access, or a
PC with Microsoft ISA Accelerator or one of the specialized Linux builds
that offer similar services.
